一本談關懷照顧別人,
但卻不忘記照顧自己的小書。
讓人有所感觸的書。

1. Let honesty create space for connecting with others. Speaking your truth,
    whether  to yourself or someone else, opens pathways to the heart.

    真誠、真實,人與人之間溝通的網路將順暢。真心真意待人。

2. Listen with full attention and without judgment. Listen with your heart as well

    as your ears. Soulful listening is a powerful way to let others know they are

    valued and cared about.

   傾聽,拉近人與人之間的距離。傾聽,讓人感到被尊重、被愛。

3. When you feel depleted and empty, remember life's energy is always there to

   support you. Taking a nap, watching sunlight play in the trees, or listening to

   inspiring music will help remind your body, mind, and spirit that there is strength

   to go on.

   音樂、自然、睡眠,還有閱讀都是補充能量,轉換心情的最佳妙方。

4. Lovingly honor your body's needs. Movement and exercise can revitalize every

   part of you; wholesome foods and rest will nourish you.

   照顧自己,運動、飲食及休息讓我們調養生息、保持活力。

看重自己, 才能把自己照顧好。照顧自己,才能更多的能量關照別人。
