人生的改變
是契機
當面對巨大改變時,我們的情緒如做雲霄飛車:
the emotional roller coaster we are going through
when confronted with radical transformation.
一般人的反應為
denial
fear and anxiety
stressed
但是若能
try to find out how to practice some things
discover the opportunities in the transformation
get excited
這樣的興奮感,
讓人想分享,
感染別人,
領導力,
因而施展。
但是要如何帶領別人度過改變之旅?
Mark Mueller-Eberstein提出五個要點:
1. Identify vision
...have a super clear vision of what this transformation actually look like.
2. Clarity impact
Address both the negative impact and the positive impact.
3. Communicate
*Over-communicate, again and again and again.
*Address people where they are and deal with their fears.
4. Team up
*A diverse team with diverse viewpoints
sharpens your vision, gets a better strategy, gets a better plan
5. Lead
*You own the change.
*You are the leader of the change you want to see and you want to drive.
