人生中有高峰,也有低谷。在低谷,有其負荷與失落,但應懷抱希望與勇氣。在高峰,應不忘初衷,要多觀照自己的心,謙遜而敏於學習。 在高原,可調養生息,但不可停滯過久,否則將失去生命的活力。
