In this issue, what impresses me most is the following words:

Good to be kind.

I also learn from the following words of gem:

Forgiveness is possible- and it can be surprisingly beneficial to your physical and mental health.

In the article, "New Reasons to Rethink What you Drink", it alerts the readers:

The less exposure to plastic, the better. To solve the problems bottled water may

arise, several applicable ways are suggested:

1. Try the tap again.

2. Get a canteen.

3. Think twice about the office water cooler.

4. Shop smart.

5. Keep it cool.

  (Don't reuse plastic bottles.)

6. Go with glass.

In the article, "Keyboard Cowards", it reports terrifying cases of internet abuse.  Visit Wiredsafety.org to seek advice for online harassment.

The article, "The Story of Your Life" is my favorite one of this issue. Several of the memoirs cited in the article are quite amusing. To learn more about memoir writing, log on to josephkita.com.
