6. Think big thoughts, but relish small pleasures.
7. Tell your kids often how terrific they are and that you trust
them.
8. Learn to listen. Opportunity sometimes knocks very softly.
9. Be tough minded but tenderhearted.
10. Keep your desk and work area neat.
11. Be punctual and insist on it in others.
12. Commit yourself to constant self-improvement.
There's still more to learn from this book. It's a book to enjoy and relish.
