教師的素養

  在Reader's Digest February, 2006有篇"How Doctors Find Doctors”談到如何從細節觀察一個好醫生：
1. He or she should be decently dressed.
2. He or she should have an office that’s tidy and clean.
3. He or she should explain information with confidence and
   remain  focused on patient  questions and concerns.  

這讓我聯想到教師的素養及專業的風采，值得深思！
